Responsibilities :
Coordination and organization of online and offline training workshops
Answering phone calls to clients and scheduling calls
Continuous support of clients and updating the status of each of them in automation systems
Admin pages related to CSR unit (preparation of content calendar, content production, publication planning, etc.)
Carrying out executive affairs related to holding events and campaigns inside and outside the company
Participation in the planning, implementation and monitoring of programs related to the green company (environmental standard activities)
Participation in the preparation of quarterly and monthly standard reports for various projects of the CSR unit
Follow-up of administrative matters related to each of the social responsibility projects
Requirements and skills:
Complete or moderate mastery of Photoshop software
Familiarity with writing various types of reports is considered an advantage
Familiarity with the Instagram space and creating suitable content for social media
Familiarity with Office (Word and Excel) is a plus
Basic knowledge about the concept of CSR
Good understanding of teamwork and commitment and desire to improve
Ability to learn and high motivation
High public relations and confidentiality
Ability to solve problems and work under stressful conditions
