In Jabama We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR department. Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various nontechnical (Marketing, HR and Commercial) roles. Responsibilities:
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the requirements for those jobs. - Coordinate with leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs - Experience in recruitment processes and platforms. - Following end to end of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and on-boarding. - Conducting different interview methods such as behavioral, Group & Panel Interviews, .. - Have basic knowledge about job positions and structures - Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. - Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews. - Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. - Performing background and reference checks.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proven work experience as a non-technical Recruiter. -Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and employment laws and regulations. - ability to understand and explain job requirements for non-tech roles. - Familiarity with HR databases, like ATS. - Deep knowledge of various Marketing, HR and Commercial roles and a solid understanding of market/competitive trends. - Persuasion skills for headhunting the right persons and affecting their career decisions. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
