شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging HR data to drive informed decision-making and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. As the Senior People Analyst  , you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights that guide HR strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Utilize advanced statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to examine various HR metrics, including turnover rates, workforce demographics, and performance metrics.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accessibility and usability of dashboards, providing real-time insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in HR data collection, reporting, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement streamlined processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Define data requirements, develop collection processes, and ensure data integrity for comprehensive analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in HR analytics and data management.
  • Implement innovative approaches to enhance HR data analytics capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and stakeholders on HR data analytics tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the organization through knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a People Analytics Expert or similar role.
  •  Advanced degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and languages (Power BI, Dax, SSAS, T.SQL, Visual Studio, Excel, e.g.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Prior experience in HR process optimization and automation is desirable.
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data visualization tools.
