As our Total Rewards Manager, you'll be the architect behind our employee-centric rewards programs. You'll lead the charge in designing, implementing, and managing our total rewards strategy, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our company vision and values.
Responsibilities
Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the company's objectives and culture.
Compensation Management: Design and administer competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and merit increase processes.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, wellness initiatives, and other perks, ensuring compliance and attractiveness to employees.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance offerings and ensure competitiveness.
Employee Communication: Communicate effectively with employees about total rewards packages, providing guidance and education on available benefits and compensation.
Compliance: Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary changes.
Requirements
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, MBA, or related fields.
+5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management roles.
In-depth knowledge of compensation structures and benefits administration.
Hands-on experience with Iran labor law.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data analysis tools.
