As a People and Culture Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, fostering a positive work culture, and enhancing the employer brand. Responsibilities
Involve in developing and implementing social media calendars to strategically promote employer brand initiatives.
Create compelling content across various platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
Organize and execute HR campaigns to strengthen and promote the employer brand.
Implement processes for the continuous development of employer branding strategies.
Foster positive relationships with universities to attract top talent.
Establish strong relationships with internal and external potential partners to deploy effective employer branding strategies.
Establish and maintain robust communication channels within the organization.
Develop and execute internal programs designed to boost employee engagement.
Ensure transparent and effective communication of HR policies and initiatives.
Curate and organize cultural events and activities to enrich the workplace experience.
Facilitate initiatives that contribute to a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in People & Culture, Employer Branding, and HR technology.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve employee experience and engagement metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven knowledge or experience in a relevant field, such as People and Culture, Employer Branding, Internal Communications, or related Marketing and PR field.
Familiarity with branding concepts related to HR and employee experience.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of social media tools, trends, etc.
Proficient in high-quality document and report preparation.
Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Exhibit collaboration and teamwork in cross-functional settings.
Basic understanding of HR processes, practices, and functions.
Showcase creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address employee engagement challenges.
Propose innovative solutions to enhance the overall workplace experience.
Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry best practices.
