In Jabama We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the tech department to prioritize features, enhancements, and updates in line with business goals.
Alignment with Tech functions to drive product development and delivery, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
Active Contribution to product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and market demands.
Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables, establishing timelines and resource allocation.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or obstacles that may impact timelines or objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
+5 years experience in program management or related roles within the tech industry.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile practices, and software development lifecycle.
leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence tech functions and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market research, and customer insights to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in project management tools and software and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results within set timelines.
