In Jabama We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative communication team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of creativity, technical skills, and a strong design sensibility to contribute to various projects. From concept to execution, the Mid-Level Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating visually stunning and effective design assets that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visuals for a variety of mediums, including digital and print materials.
Develop creative solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines.

Project Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and objectives.
Work closely with Art Directors and Senior Designers to execute design concepts.

Brand Consistency

Ensure all design work maintains consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the brand through design.

Creative Ideation

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design and visual communication.
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.

Efficient Workflow

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Utilize design tools and software effectively to streamline the design process.

Presentation Skills:

Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams.
Incorporate feedback and revisions into design work.

Qualifications

Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with UX/UI design principles.
Familiarity with web design and development concepts.
Knowledge of print production processes.
