As an Atlassian administrator, you'll be responsible for Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence and Service Desk. You will maintain the workflows, create and customize Jira projects, and configure the related reports. You'll work close to the Technical Team in order to resolve issues and optimize Jira and make the needed changes to the Jira and Confluence dashboard. Good communication skills are needed in order to communicate effectively and educate teams on these tools. Having Agile knowledge will be very helpful in understanding needs and requirements of Product and Tech Teams.
Scope:
Support function for all Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Confluence and Help Desk.
Frequently engage with other functional teams to help them with their needs.
Designs the best flow for using Atlassian tools after analyzing the team needs.
Optimize Atlassian products Configuration to get best performance from services.
Educated and provides the best solution for the Agile Coach and Product Owner chapter.
Brings up and maintains Atlassian products on company servers.
Manages the company permissions and access levels.
Analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement.
Manage user permissions for tools according to the needs of projects and teams.
Handle the system administration tasks, including data backups and scheduled jobs.
Test the new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility.

Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of Linux (utilizing Linux as Atlassian server products)
Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL database (using PostgreSQL as Atlassian products database)
Ability to find the best crack for main products and its adds-on
Good knowledge of updating Atlassian produces and considering update risks due to cracking
Good knowledge of Backup and Restore Atlassian products
