Position Title: Senior Content Specialist

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Specialist to craft and implement content strategies that reflect Algorock’s brand voice and align with our business objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and financial services sectors, combined with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content for investors, traders, and industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and editing skills, a strategic approach, and a diverse portfolio of content including articles, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, and video scripts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy Development:
• Design and execute a content strategy that establishes Algorock as a thought leader in cryptocurrency and financial services.
• Align content initiatives with marketing campaigns, product launches, and market trends.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify content gaps and areas for differentiation.
2. Content Creation & Management:
• Write, edit, and manage content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, press releases, whitepapers, social media content, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with investment and research teams to simplify complex financial topics into reader-friendly content.
• Oversee content production workflows, ensuring alignment with schedules and deadlines.
3. Social Media & Community Engagement:
• Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord.
• Create engaging posts that promote Algorock’s content, achievements, and build relationships within the crypto community.
• Monitor trends and discussions in the cryptocurrency industry to keep our brand relevant.
4. SEO & Content Optimization:
• Optimize website and blog content for SEO to enhance search visibility and website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices across content.
• Analyze performance metrics to adjust and refine content strategies.
5. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on cryptocurrency market trends, blockchain developments, and regulatory changes.
• Analyze competitors’ content strategies to keep Algorock’s content competitive and forward-thinking.
• Provide insights on emerging topics and content opportunities.
6. Collaborations & Partnerships:
• Work with internal teams to ensure content aligns with Algorock’s messaging and regulatory standards.
• Manage relationships with external creators, freelancers, and agencies as needed.
• Coordinate with design and video teams to create multimedia content that complements written materials.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or a related field. Knowledge in finance or blockchain is a plus.
• Experience:
• 7+ years in content management, digital marketing, or communications, preferably in financial services or cryptocurrency.
• Proven success in creating high-quality written and multimedia content.
• Experience managing social media accounts and community engagement.
• Skills:
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail and clarity.
• In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and DeFi.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
