Senior Marketing Generalist

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketer with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field, who is eager to engage in digital marketing, field marketing, event management, and offline marketing strategies. If you are driven by creativity, data insights, and enjoy leading cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful.
• Plan and manage offline marketing activities, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimizing for the best possible outcomes across online and offline efforts.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals through all marketing channels.
• Lead content creation efforts, from blogs and email campaigns to social media and event collateral.
• Mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and leadership on projects.
• Stay up-to-date on marketing trends, using fresh ideas to keep campaigns relevant and effective.

Who You Are:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in field marketing, offline marketing, digital marketing, event management, sponsorships, and communications.
• Expertise in planning and executing field marketing initiatives to connect with local and targeted audiences.
• Strong understanding of offline marketing strategies and how to integrate them with online efforts.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a results-driven approach—you love finding solutions and delivering results.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• A positive attitude and a passion for learning and innovation.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
