شرح موقعیت شغلی

Ainfluencer.com is a Canadian based company with offices in Toronto, Tehran, and India which is looking to hire digital marketers. 

Ainfleucner is a marketplace focused on making influencer marketing easy and for everyone. Ainfluencer uses modern technologies and artificial intelligence to provide its users advanced tools to run influencer campaigns. You will work in a super fun environment ( currently at home) but later after COVID at our local office at Tehran University. 


We are looking for an outstanding Email Marketer who shares our passion for educating our users with our products and being able to communicate to them. As such, you will work directly with our Marketing  and executive team to create cohesive emails and designs that convert. We will need you to jump right in, get to know the team, get a feel for our products, and deliver world-class work. Your emails should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. 


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design and develop B2C emails from scratch based on HTML/CSS languages and make appropriate changes to current templates, as needed
  • Manage the technical development, execution, and troubleshooting of email campaigns
  • Using Active Campaign develop the best lifecycle emails.
  • Ensure accuracy of all email marketing assets with detail-oriented QA
  • Ensure email messages render properly on desktop and mobile devices
  • Stay current with email delivery best practices to maximize inbox placement and responsiveness
  • Manage daily workflow, statuses of email projects, and communication with stakeholders
  • Work with the Email Marketing Lead to come up with various templates for A/B testing.
  • Create engaging designs to drive engagement, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the Project Managers, copywriters, and business owners to create a high-level email marketing campaign sending strategy.
 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

  • Must have at least 2+ years of professional Email Marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding responsive email design, best practices, and accessibility
  • Strong coding skills in HTML/CSS for email design, email delivery infrastructure, and email authentication required, including table-based HTML and media queries as they pertain to responsive email design.
  • Solid writing skills. You should have writing skills with the ability to finesse text and copy headlines for email deployment.
  • Well versed in email segmentation and integrated communication best practices
  • Working knowledge of different ESP, specifically Active Campaign with a focus on B2C and marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Analytical skills with a strong analytical mindset
  • Understand and demonstrate fundamentals of graphic design as it applies to brand, layout, and digital graphic production.
  • A team player, working collaboratively and proactively with all functional teams throughout the organization
  • Works independently and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to multitask while still delivering high-quality work
  • Extremely effective and organized
 

 

Salary

A competitive salary and may or may not a bonus package- depends on your performance and progress.

Possibility to negotiate your salary to be fixed and paid in dollars($$$).

 

 

Office

You will work in a super fun office based out of Tehran University. 

Snacks are served. 

You may receive part of your bonus or salary in Dollars.
