شرح موقعیت شغلی

We're looking for an experienced and driven Lead Developer to build and lead our software team and rebuild our existing products with proper architecture and engineering practices. Our current products work and have real users, but were built quickly without strong technical foundations — this role is about turning that into well-architected, maintainable software, with the team executing fast.

Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team

- Rebuild and refactor existing products onto solid technical foundations

- Translate product direction and requirements into technical execution and architecture

- Mentor and support engineers (code reviews, guidance, best practices)

- Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and performance across systems

- Set up and improve development processes and engineering workflows

- Stay hands-on in development as needed

Requirements:

- Strong experience in software development (Frontend, Backend, or Full Stack)

- Proven experience in technical leadership, with a track record of building or scaling a team

- Experience rebuilding or refactoring rapidly built ("vibe coded") codebases into solid systems

- Solid understanding of system design and software architecture

- Experience with modern web technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, or similar stacks)

- Strong communication and execution skills — able to take direction and run with it

- High ownership mindset, fast-paced execution style, comfortable driving a team to deliver quickly
