Job Posting: Associate Product Manager at Ebiblo

Location: Remote (Company based in Sydney, Australia)

Our application is a haven for writers and educators, merging technology, generative AI, and social media to facilitate the creation, sale, and promotion of eBooks. We are committed to offering an engaging user experience, constantly evolving to align with our early adopters and refine our product-market fit.

The Role:

As an Associate Product Manager at Ebiblo, you will play a crucial role in driving our product's growth, from conception to user acquisition, while ensuring the content resonates with our target audience. This position requires a unique blend of skills in product management, growth strategy, and a deep understanding of the digital writing and ghostwriting realms.

The Ideal Candidate:

A background in software product building, particularly in growth and user acquisition within startup settings.
Exhibits a deep passion for education technology, digital publishing, and a flair for creative writing and ghostwriting.
Thrives in startup environments, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
Possesses skills in business analysis, task management, and clear communication across various stakeholders.
Collaborates effectively with the CEO and development teams to realise and expand the company's vision.
Experience in teaching English, especially to non-native speakers, is a significant advantage, providing a deeper understanding of language learning and content creation challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Work intimately with the CEO and development team to roll out product features that align with market needs and our foundational vision.
Spearhead user growth through innovative strategies and experiments.
Translate our vision into actionable tasks, maintaining precise task management and oversight.
Leverage data-driven insights for enhancing user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Actively use the Ebiblo app, inviting ongoing user feedback to fuel growth and rapid enhancements.
Stay informed about the latest trends in digital publishing, reader engagement, and effective growth methodologies.
Craft high-quality content for diverse subjects and clients, understanding the ghostwriting process through hands-on experience with the Ebiblo app.
Contribute to enhancing the app's functionality and appeal to the ghostwriting community.

Note: This is a full-time remote position. Freelance applications will not be considered.
