شرح موقعیت شغلی

We need a talented Executive Associate to Work closely with the leadership team to support the design, execution, and monitoring of organizational strategies, analyze key data, and facilitate strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of organizational strategies based on market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and internal data.
Assist in preparing analytical reports and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
Monitor industry trends and identify strategic opportunities or risks.
Track progress of key strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for strategic analysis.
Prepare executive summaries and presentations for leadership meetings.
Collect and analyze performance metrics (financial, operational, customer) to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Develop management dashboards and periodic reports for decision-making.
Set agendas for strategic meetings and document action items.
Follow up on key decisions to ensure timely execution.

Requirements/Skills

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Masters degree in MBA
Full proficiency in the English language
Proficiency in data analysis tools
Strong research skills
MS office proficiency
Strong problem-solving ability.
Strong project management ability.
Comfort working with top-level managerial staff.
Experience working alongside others and offering support to achieve shared goals.
Negotiation proficiency.
