شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Data Project specialist to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of data initiatives across our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, transparent, and effective delivery of cross-functional data projects by managing timelines, facilitating team collaboration, and optimizing delivery workflows.
Working closely with data engineering, analytics, product, and business teams, the ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a practical understanding of data processes, and the ability to implement lightweight structures that support consistent, high-quality delivery. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, tracking progress, removing roadblocks, and improving delivery processes. This position requires strong project management expertise, an understanding of data-related workflows, and the ability to foster collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • manage the execution of data projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality expectations
  • Define project plans, track milestones, and monitor progress across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain and manage a transparent task tracking system (Kanban-style)
  • Identify blockers early and help remove them to keep delivery on track
  • Support the team in balancing delivery speed with quality and clarity
  • Drive project delivery by maintaining visibility, identifying risks early, and ensuring clear accountability
  • Coordinate across teams (data engineering, analytics, product, and business) to align on priorities, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Maintain structured tracking and reporting systems to provide clear project status updates to all stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on progress, risks, and timelines
  • Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, task conflicts, and scope uncertainties
  • Improve team delivery effectiveness by introducing lightweight processes and tools tailored to the team’s needs
  • Ensure post-delivery reviews and lessons learned are conducted to refine future project execution 
Required Skills and Tools :

  • Proven experience in project or delivery management, ideally within data or technology-driven environments
  • Strong expertise in project planning, execution tracking, and delivery oversight
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and keep teams focused on outcomes
  • Proficiency with project and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana, Trello)
  • Familiarity with data or analytics project lifecycles is a plus, but hands-on technical skills are not required
  • skilled in communicating with cross-functional stakeholders, including data teams, product managers, and business units
  • Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of Data Analysis and Visualization Tools (Power BI)
  • Comfortable working in agile, hybrid, or non-framework-based environments — adaptable to the team's needs.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Proactive in identifying risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident in driving alignment across teams and clarifying roles, timelines, and priorities
