استخدام Product Manager

شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Agah Group, we are looking for a product manager who is responsible and passionate about building products that customers love.  You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will work closely with a wide variety of people including our engineers, operations, marketing and business to launch quality products and new features. You will also ensure that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.



Responsibilities :



  • Envision new opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver to goals
  • Prioritize, negotiate and remove impediments to orchestrate successful launch
  • Strong ownership over the backlog and communicating with stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Collaboration with engineering and design teams to generate hypotheses, prototype, validate, and ship new products, including preparing product specifications, coordinating development activity, and tracking progress of in-flight projects
  • work closely with research, product marketing, customer success, analytics, and users to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications
  • Understanding the risk of solutions and impact on the customer
  • Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Shape strategic positioning and identify value proposition, key features/benefits and points of differentiation which the marketing team will base all customer facing product communication
 


Qualifications :



  • Positive attitude, good judgment and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • 3 + years experience working as a Business Analyst, software analyst, Product Owner or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Having the strong capability in communicating the results of analysis to business and development team and state the results very clearly
  • Strong structural thinking
  • Understanding of software design principles, tools and technologies
