استخدام Senior Product Designer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Visually and verbally present product solutions necessary for the enhancement of users' experience
• Closely collaborate with IT and business teams to solve complex issues, like interaction models and data visualization (eg usability, findability)
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes, or screen mockups
•  Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
•  Work with other designers to implement designs
• Optimize product performance through experimentation
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to product owners and engineers
• Keep up to date with competitor products and industry trends that will impact our users
• Creating user flows, personas, and user stories and combining them into directive guidelines for other designers and developers

• Previously worked as a product designer in a fast-paced environment (ideally scale-up/startup)
• Have strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI
• Knowledge of Figma or similar tools
• Have a positive attitude, is self-motivated, and able to multitask

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop
• Familiar with market (capital and stock) of Iran
• Understanding of the HTML and CSS codes
