استخدام Senior Business Development Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development senior specialist to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 

  •  Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating potential risks.
  •  Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting client's objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customer and maintaining strong and prosperous working relationships with important clients.
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and product managers.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed in cooperation with Marketing team. 
  • Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior managers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Requirements: 

  • Results-oriented, with the ability to provide ownership, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of identifying market opportunities and effective business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding team player, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to translate complex business concepts into easy-to-understand strategies and tasks.
  • Expert networking skills to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus, experience in Fintech Businesses is a must.
