We’re Hiring: Sassy, Ultra-Creative Shorts Video Creator/Editor

We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled, wildly creative, borderline-genius Shorts video creator to craft next-level entertainment experiences for our audience.

Note: If you don’t know what Shorts is, this ad ain’t for you.

Must-haves to apply (no exceptions):

Soft skills:

● Fluent in English.

● Comfortable with AAVE (African-American Vernacular English).

● Deeply tuned in to social media trends.

● Familiarity with Shorts style and vertical content.

● Knows Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha culture like the back of your hand.

Hard skills:

● Fast-paced, engaging editing that slaps.

● Pro-level experience with Premiere, After Effects - or other hardcore editing tools.

● Familiar with Topaz and CapCut.

● Master at using visuals and audio to tell stories, create moods, and convey subtext.

Job description (practically, what you’ll do):

Simple!

Deliver 12-24 fire Shorts videos per month (each one between 20–40 secs).
