● Monitor all the services and equipment events and follow relevant processes (incident management, and ticketing) to resolve the issue.
● Cooperate with all the technical teams, you will escalate, follow all the incidents and prepare reports.
● Help to ensure the excellent performance of all products.
Requirements
● Ability to work in 24/7 shifts.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields or equivalent experience.
● Ability to work under pressure.
● Good communications skills and teamwork spirit.
● Good knowledge of Network+ and IP Protocols.
● Good knowledge of Linux systems (LPIC courses are an advantage).
● Familiar with troubleshooting techniques.
● Familiar with Cloud Computing Concepts.
● Familiar with data centers and servers.
● More than one year of relevant experience.
