Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Advertising Project Manager to join our dynamic agency. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless implementation of creative strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns. Collaborate with the creative team, account managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Resource Management:
Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and support to meet project goals. Coordinate with department leads to optimize resource allocation based on project requirements.

Team Collaboration:
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and production teams. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance overall project efficiency.

Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, timelines, and deliverables. Provide regular project status reports and address client feedback to ensure client satisfaction.

Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address issues before they impact project timelines. Proactively communicate and resolve project-related challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.

Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control processes to ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to agency standards. Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables before client presentation.

Budget Oversight:
Collaborate with the finance department to manage project budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within budgetary constraints. Monitor project-related expenses and provide accurate financial reporting.

Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and methodologies. Stay updated on industry best practices and project management tools to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in an advertising agency or similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of advertising processes, creative development, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
