About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Line Director (Managing Partner – AI & Digital Infrastructure) — an entrepreneurial leader who has built and grown real products before.
Someone who has raised capital, reached break-even, scaled users, or learned from failure — and now wants to apply that experience to shape and grow one of ADLAS’s emerging business lines.
You’ll take full ownership of an existing product line within domains like AI, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Data Automation — building the market, refining the product fit, and leading it to commercial success.
Your goal: transform technical excellence into a sustainable business.
This is a founder-level role — hands-on, analytical, and deeply connected to Product, Tech, and Delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Own and lead one of ADLAS’s product lines — from strategic vision to daily operations and financial outcomes.
Build the market while maturing the product — balancing go-to-market and product-fit development in parallel.
Combine product leadership and entrepreneurial execution to turn potential into performance.
Collaborate with Product, AI, DevOps, and Engineering teams to turn prototypes into scalable market solutions.
Shape and execute go-to-market strategies — pricing, partnerships, customer acquisition, and retention.
Build and lead a cross-functional mini-team (Product, Tech, Delivery) dedicated to your business line.
Drive growth metrics: user acquisition, activation, retention, and profitability.
Oversee P&L, funding strategy, and cost efficiency, ensuring measurable performance targets.
Report directly to ADLAS’s executive leadership with full accountability and creative freedom.
Use AI and data-driven insights to validate market assumptions and optimize decisions.
Act as the face of your product line in investor, client, and partnership discussions.

Who You Are:

Proven experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, Managing Director, or Business Line Lead in Tech, SaaS, AI, Infrastructure, or DevOps.
You’ve raised at least 5 billion toman in funding or achieved comparable milestones through break-even, user growth, or market traction.
You understand the economics of scaling — from CAC/LTV and burn rate to product-market fit.
Strong background in Product Management, Tech Strategy, or Growth Operations.
Comfortable communicating with technical teams (Python, PHP, Next.js, React Native, Flutter).
Strategic thinker who can operate like a founder — decisive, structured, and execution-driven.
Data-informed decision maker who thrives in fast-moving environments.
Fluent in English, with strong leadership and storytelling skills.
Based in Tehran and ready to build something that lasts.
