About the Role
We’re looking for a Fullstack Product Manager (AI & Tech) — a rare blend of technical depth, product intuition, and market awareness.
You’ll bridge engineering, AI, and business strategy to create products that make sense — technically, functionally, and commercially.
This role requires someone who can prototype ideas, validate assumptions, and lead diverse technical teams.
While keeping a close eye on user needs and market potential across MENA, EMEA, and Europe.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the entire product lifecycle — from concept and validation to launch and iteration.
  • Build and validate early prototypes using AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, or Base44.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis with the support of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Midjourney).
  • Collaborate with and lead AI, DevOps, and Engineering teams to align development with product strategy.
  • Communicate fluently with technical teams using our core stacks — Python, PHP, Next.js, React Native, and Flutter.
  • Translate complex technical discussions into clear product decisions and roadmaps.
  • Define and measure KPIs — from user adoption to performance and business impact.
  • Ensure each product iteration improves usability, scalability, and market relevance.
  • Support delivery teams in ensuring quality, stability, and seamless handover.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager and previous experience of 3+ years in Software Engineering, or Data/AI development.
  • Deep understanding of software systems, APIs, AI integration, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect technical capability with user and business value.
  • Excellent communicator — fluent in English, able to lead discussions across technical and business contexts.
  • Curious, resourceful, and proactive in using AI tools to move faster and think smarter.
  • Strategic yet hands-on — you know how to explore, test, and validate ideas with minimal bureaucracy.
