About the Role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
You will be responsible for translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful, user-centered solutions. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can independently deliver creative design solutions while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
You will play a key role in improving usability, ensuring design consistency, and elevating the overall product experience across our digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

Plan and develop user experience concepts by analyzing user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, including layouts, components, and interaction patterns.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern design tools.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements to enhance overall user experience.
Translate design briefs into user-centered solutions grounded in research and requirements.
Present ideas and design concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
Revise and refine designs based on feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
Maintain design consistency through scalable design systems and UI guidelines.
Leverage AI tools to enhance research, ideation, workflow efficiency, and prototyping.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and scalable design systems.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
Understanding of responsive design, web standards, and mobile design guidelines.
Experience collaborating with developers and understanding front-end constraints.
Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows and productivity enhancement.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
