About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior-level DevOps Engineer to help design, maintain, and continuously improve our infrastructure and delivery processes.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and scalable. You will play a critical role in building automation, strengthening observability, and improving deployment workflows across cloud and on-premise environments.
This position is ideal for engineers with strong infrastructure fundamentals who are comfortable operating across multiple layers of systems, automation, and reliability engineering.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior-level DevOps Engineer to help design, maintain, and continuously improve our infrastructure and delivery processes.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and scalable. You will play a critical role in building automation, strengthening observability, and improving deployment workflows across cloud and on-premise environments.
This position is ideal for engineers with strong infrastructure fundamentals who are comfortable operating across multiple layers of systems, automation, and reliability engineering.
What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for both cloud and on-prem systems.
- Build and maintain observability systems, including monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs for critical services.
- Improve system documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment to troubleshoot issues, iterate quickly, and continuously improve systems and processes.
- Investigate production incidents and perform structured root-cause analysis.

- A systems-oriented engineer with a strong DevOps mindset.
- Comfortable working across infrastructure, automation, and operations.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying reliability risks.
- Calm and structured in incident response situations.
- Committed to improving system health, observability, and long-term maintainability.
What You’ll Bring
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab CI).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and reliability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).
- Experience in incident response and root-cause analysis (including version tagging and rollback policies).
- Practical experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems (LPIC1 & LPIC2 concepts or equivalent experience).
