Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and UI design
- Familiarity with software architecture, DevOps, and deployment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science and Engineering, MBA)
- Proven experience as a technical Project Manager in a similar industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Fluent in English
