Responsibilities
- Collaborating with department managers and proactively identifying future hiring needs
- Writing job descriptions and job specifications
- Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media
- Screening resumes and parsing specialized skills and qualifications
- Scheduling calls and interviews
- Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the predetermined schedule
- Using recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Sending out all bulk emails (e.g., confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handling paperwork (e.g., offer letters)
- Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Coordinating drug tests and background checks
- Promoting positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Attracting candidates
Requirements
- Previous experience as a recruiter, experience as a technical and Internal recruiter
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Multitasking capabilities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Upper-Intermediate English
