Job Description


We are looking for an expert JavaScript developer who is highly skilled with Vue.js. Your primary focus will be developing user-facing web applications and components. You’ll implement them with the Vue.js framework, following generally accepted practices and workflows. You will ensure that you produce robust, secure, modular, and maintainable code. You will coordinate with other team members, including back-end developers and UX/UI designers. Your commitment to team collaboration, perfect communication, and a quality product is crucial.




Responsibilities


  • Developing user-facing applications using Vue.js.
  • Building modular and reusable components and libraries.
  • Optimizing your application for performance.
  • Implementing automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows.
  • Staying up-to-date with all recent developments in the JavaScript and Vue.js space.
  • Keeping an eye on security updates and issues found with Vue.js and all project dependencies.
  • Proposing any upgrades and updates necessary for keeping up with modern security and development best practices.


Skills


  • Highly proficient with the JavaScript language and its modern ES6+ syntax and features.
  • Highly proficient with Vue.js framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM.
  • Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code.
  • Proficient Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases.
  • Familiarity with automated JavaScript testing, specifically testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
  • Proficient knowledge of responsive web-design and cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates.
  • Good understanding of the principles of progressive enhancement.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and it's pre-processor platforms, such as LESS or SASS.
  • Good knowledge of the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex and Vue Router. (Experience in nuxtjs is considered as a bonus)

تیم آدیلار بر اساس فعالیت و تجربیات چند ساله در حوزه منابع انسانی و درگیری با چالش‌ها و مشکلات این حوزه با الگوگیری از نرم افزارهای خارجی تصمیم به تولید یک سیستم یا پنل یکپارچه مدیریت جذب و استخدام کاملا ایرانی و مطابق با نیاز شرکت‌های داخل کشور نمود. ایده آدیلار از اسفند 97 توسط تیمی از فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاه شریف شکل گرفت تا دغدغه بسیاری از مدیران و کارشناسان منابع انسانی کشور را حل نماید. به طور کل تفاوت سیستم‌ مدیریت فرایند جذب و استخدام یا همان Applicant Tracking Systems (سیستم پیگیری متقاضی یا کارجو نیز گفته می‌شود) توسعه شده توسط آدیلار نسبت به رقبا این است که این سیستم تماما انعطاف پذیر بوده و بر اساس نیاز هر شرکت به طور اختصاصی توسعه و در اختیار آن شرکت قرار می‌گیرد و علاوه بر تمام اینها شامل ویژگی‌هایی است که حتی بسیاری از نرم افزارهای مطرح خارجی نیز این ویژگی‌ها را شامل نمی‌شوند.
