Job Title: Junior Google Ads & SEO Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and analytical Junior Google Ads & SEO Specialist to join Adicator. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Google Ads (Pay-Per-Click) and Search Engine Optimization. You will be responsible for assisting in the development, execution, and optimization of our online marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads (PPC) Management:
- Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.
- Analyze keyword performance and adjust bidding strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and report on Ad performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-converting landing pages.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Perform keyword research to guide content teams and optimize website content.
- Monitor, track, and report on SEO metrics, including organic traffic, ranking positions, and conversion rates.
- Assist with on-page SEO optimizations including meta data, content enhancements, and internal linking strategies.
- Understand and implement link-building strategies.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor Google Analytics and other analytical tools to measure site traffic, behavior, and conversion rates.
- Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest PPC and SEO best practices and technologies.
- Attend workshops, webinars, and courses to further your understanding and expertise.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Provide insights and suggestions to optimize content for Google Ads and SEO.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Google Ads and/or SEO. Internship experience is a plus.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is a plus.
