Job Title: Customer Satisfaction Manager Subtitle: Customer Insight Architect You’re not a traditional “customer service manager”; you’re a system thinker for human experience. You see customers as signals, patterns, and stories, not tickets. You work with data, feedback, and AI as your co-pilot to turn messy human input into scalable improvements. What You’ll Do
Design and own end-to-end customer satisfaction frameworks across abrNOC products and services
Build and manage feedback systems (CSAT, NPS, CES, surveys, behavioral signals)
Translate customer data into clear insights, priorities, and improvement plans
Use AI, analytics tools, and CRM platforms to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
Prototype, test, and improve customer experience processes continuously
Collaborate with Product, Cloud Infrastructure, AI, Sales, and Support teams to embed the customer voice
Optimize for clarity, scalability, and long-term customer trust
