Job Position: Solo AI Builder / Full-Stack AI Engineer
The Mission:
We aren’t looking for a "Developer." We are looking for a High-Agency Builder who treats AI like an extension of their own brain. Your goal is to take a concept, whether it’s a specialized ATS, a mobile app, or a custom automation engine, and move from a blank page to a deployed, functional product in days, not months.

Who You Are

The "Super Nerd": You have a deep technical foundation but zero loyalty to specific stacks. You use whatever tool gets the job done fastest.
Aggressively Pragmatic: You prefer a "messy" working MVP over a "perfect" piece of vaporware.
AI-First: You are a power user of LLMs, agentic frameworks, and modern "low-code" backends. You don’t write boilerplate; you automate it.
Lone Wolf (with Team Spirit): You can carry the weight of a whole dev team on your back, from UI design to database architecture and deployment.

The Tech Logic We Value: We don’t care if you have a CS degree. We care that you can:

Orchestrate: Use Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and LLMs to write code at 10x speed.
Assemble: Leverage Supabase, Firebase, or Vercel to skip the infrastructure headache.
Bridge: Use Zapier, Make, or custom Python scripts to glue APIs together.
Ship: Deploy mobile apps via FlutterFlow or React Native and web apps via Next.js before the weekend is over.
