Job Title: AI-Native Backend Developer (Creative Systems Engineer)
You’re not a code typist, you’re an idea engineer. You think sideways, build fast, and see AI as your co-pilot, not your replacement. You get excited about connecting APIs, making prototypes that work, and watching your crazy ideas actually run.

What You’ll Do:

Design and build backend systems using Go/ Node/ Python
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to speed up development
Prototype fast MVPs, internal tools, AI-driven automations
Integrate APIs and microservices creatively
Optimize for clarity and scalability, not boilerplate
Collaborate with AI and humans to turn rough ideas into working systems

Who You Are:

Curious, creative, and allergic to bureaucracy
Love experimenting with new tools, even breaking things to learn
Communicate clearly, write good prompts, and think across systems
Understand trade-offs: speed vs stability, cost vs performance
Prefer building something 80% useful today rather than 100% perfect next month

Bonus Points:

Built something end-to-end (even a side project, automation, or bot)
Comfortable reasoning with LLMs and using AI for problem-solving
Interest in system design, cloud, or distributed architectures

Work Location & Schedule:
Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran.
Workplace Policy: Full Time-Onsite
Worktime: Sunday to Thursday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with 2 hours of flexibility to suit your schedule.
Remote Day: Tuesday.
