Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team and help elevate the user experience of our global products. You’ll play a key role in gathering user requirements, designing intuitive interfaces, and crafting high-quality visual elements that drive exceptional user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Technical Lead to gather requirements and design features aligned with both business goals and user needs.
- Design engaging and intuitive UI elements and experiences across web.
- Apply principles of visual design including layout, typography, color theory, iconography, and composition
- Create responsive designs and prototypes using wireframes, mockups, and design systems.
- Design user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to enhance usability
- Develop high-fidelity product prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Ensure a consistent visual language and cohesive design across all products.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI design.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strong command of visual design principles and an eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of design systems, user research methods, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with product thinking and user-centric design
- Strong teamwork and communication skills ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Receptive to feedback and open to critique.

- Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran
- Workplace Policy: Full-Time - Onsite
- Worktime: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 2 hours of flexibility
- Remote day: Tuesday
