Job Title: UI/UX Designer (AI-Driven)
We're looking for a designer who moves fast and thinks faster. You'll use AI tools to turn ideas into polished designs in hours, not days, then iterate just as quickly.
 
What matters:


  • Speed+quality: Ship beautiful work at startup velocity.
  • AI-native workflow: You already use AI tools to amplify your output (Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, v0—whatever works).
  • Business intuition: You get what we're building and design accordingly—no hand-holding.
  • Cross-functional mindset: Backgrounds in sales, support, or marketing campaign management are a big plus.
  • Taste: Your work doesn’t look like everyone else’s AI-generated mockups.
  • Flexibility: One day it’s a landing page, next day it’s an in-app flow, you adapt.
  • Non-traditional edge: Experience outside pure design isn’t just welcome, it’s valuable (and often essential).

  • You'll thrive here if:
  • You prototype in hours what others take days to spec.
  • You can defend your decisions but pivot fast when needed.
  • “Good enough to ship today” beats “perfect next week”.
