Job Title: SEO Lead
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Team Lead to own and execute our company's organic search strategy. This role is responsible for directing all SEO initiatives to achieve measurable growth in traffic, visibility, and conversions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on strategist with deep, balanced expertise across the core pillars of modern SEO: technical, on-page, off-page, and adaptation for AI-driven search.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that directly supports business objectives. Direct the SEO team's daily operations, manage project roadmaps, and hold the team accountable for performance against KPIs.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and automate recurring SEO tasks, such as reporting and alerting, data analysis, and technical checks. Leverage AI tools and scripting to improve team efficiency and scale operations.
  • Technical SEO: Command the technical foundation of our web assets. Direct audits and work with development teams to resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site architecture, page speed, advanced structured data, etc.
  • On-Page & Content Strategy: Oversee all on-page optimization. Drive the strategy for keyword research, user intent mapping, and content structure. Ensure content is optimized not just for traditional rankings but also for direct inclusion in AI-powered results like SGE and conversational search.
  • Off-Page & Brand Authority: Execute a sophisticated off-page strategy focused on building brand authority and trust signals. This includes strategic, high-quality link acquisition, managing our online brand presence, and leveraging digital PR and partnerships to create a strong digital footprint.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Own all SEO analytics and reporting. Analyze performance data from multiple sources to measure the impact of initiatives across all four pillars. Communicate progress, setbacks, and strategic pivots to stakeholders in a clear, data-backed manner.
Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful, multi-faceted SEO strategies.
  • Demonstrable, in-depth expertise across technical SEO, on-page content optimization, and modern, brand-focused off-page strategies.
  • Proven experience adapting SEO tactics for AI-driven search and answer-engine optimization.
  • High proficiency with essential SEO tools, including GA4, GSC, ahrefs, SEMrush, Mangools and Screaming Frog. And fluency in leveraging AI tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
  • Direct, clear communication style and experience leading projects or teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working in cloud infrastructure or AI-driven products is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of competitor analysis tools and how to leverage them for strategy refinement.
