Job Title: SEO Specialist (Off-page + On-page + Technical)
We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to execute our day-to-day organic search initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong foundation and balanced expertise across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. You will be responsible for implementing optimizations that drive measurable growth in traffic and visibility within modern search environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Execution: Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, and site performance. Implement and validate structured data to secure rich results and enhance search engine understanding.
On-Page & Content Optimization: Execute on-page strategies based on comprehensive topic research and user intent mapping. Optimize content to perform well in modern search features, and direct-answer results. Create detailed, data-driven content briefs for the editorial team.
Off-Page & Brand Signals: Execute high-quality off-page campaigns focused on building domain authority and brand trust. Conduct targeted outreach to journalists, industry partners, and authoritative publications to secure relevant placements and backlinks.
Competitor & Performance Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies and SERP changes to identify tactical opportunities. Track and report on key performance metrics, including rankings, organic traffic, and backlink profile health.

Role Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven execution across technical, on-page, and off-page disciplines.
Practical experience implementing modern strategies focused on brand authority and relevance.
Proficiency in current SEO best practices, including technical optimization, semantic content strategies, and structured data implementation.
High proficiency with standard SEO tools including ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make evidence-based optimization decisions.
Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple optimization projects simultaneously.

Work Location & Schedule:

Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran
Workplace Policy: Full-Time - Onsite
Worktime: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 2 hours of flexibility
Remote day: Tuesday
