Job Title: Head of DevOps
We are looking for a passionate new leader to join our cloud team who loves what they do and is committed to personal growth while helping others improve. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and lead the DevOps function within abrNOC’s cutting-edge cloud-based services. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Architect, optimize, and oversee environments across development, testing, staging, and production.
- Drive implementation and scalability of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Oversee deployment strategies, monitoring infrastructure, and incident response processes.
- Own log collection, monitoring, alerting systems, and performance tuning across cloud infrastructure Implement and enforce security best practices across all systems and pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, security, and product teams to align.
- DevOps efforts with company goals.
- Design and manage container orchestration platforms using Kubernetes Evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and technologies to keep infrastructure future-proof Role.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale deployments on Kubernetes Expert-level knowledge of Linux system administration, networking, and performance tuning.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible.
- Familiarity with modern monitoring stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
- Strong background in networking fundamentals (routing, switching, load balancing).
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as QEMU/KVM
- Knowledge of secure DevOps practices and compliance standards.
- Experience with containerization using Pod man or similar tools.
- Leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Managerial role within DevOps or infrastructure teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Bonus Qualifications:
- Exposure to high-availability systems at scale Experience in fast-growing SaaS or infrastructure product companies.

Work Location & Schedule:
- Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran
- Workplace Policy: Full-Time - Onsite
- Worktime: Sunday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 2 hours of flexibility
- Remote day: Tuesday
