Job Title: Content Manager
We’re not just looking for an editor. We’re looking for someone who will take full ownership of our content and care about it as much as we do. At abrNOC, content isn’t a support function, it's a core part of how we grow, earn trust, and serve our global developer and business community. Our audience is technical, fast-moving, and expects clarity. You’ll be the one making sure every word lives up to that standard.
If you love shaping how a brand sounds, building scalable content systems, and working on high-performance products that actually solve real problems this is your chance.
Key Responsibilities:

Full ownership of all website and blog content (structure, quality, accuracy).
Review, edit, and approve every piece of content before publishing.
Develop and enforce a content style guide (tone, formatting, grammar, technical accuracy).
Manage a team of freelance/in-house writers
Collaborate with SEO lead to ensure content aligns with keyword strategy and search intent.
QA published content and pages — links, typos, formatting, CTAs.
Run content audits regularly to prune/update existing posts.
Coordinate with dev/design to push content live with layout and UX in mind.
Ensure all content supports the goals of growth, trust, and user clarity.

Role Requirements:

Native or near-native English fluency.
Eye for detail — grammar, flow, structure, UX.
Experience managing a content team or freelancers.
Comfortable editing technical content (hosting, VPS, dev tools, etc.).
Understands basic SEO and content best practices.
Strong editorial instincts and high-quality standards — no fluff, no filler.
Can write if needed, but is primarily a manager/editor/strategist.

Bonus Qualifications:

Hosting/Cloud/DevOps content experience.
Knows tools like SurferSEO, Grammarly, Ahrefs, Notion, WordPress.
Has led content QA or content ops teams before.

Work Location & Schedule:

Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran.
Workplace Policy: Full Time – Onsite
Worktime: Sunday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 2 hours of flexibility to suit your schedule
Remote day: Tuesday
