Job Title: Technical Support Engineer-Night Shift
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for night shift to be the first line of support for our customers. This is a night shift position. Ideal for night owls or those seeking evening schedules. If you are passionate about cloud technology and customer service, this is the role for you! You will have the opportunity to help users with basic troubleshooting and support, all while learning from more complex issues as you grow within our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems
Provide basic troubleshooting for cloud instances, networking, and service configurations
Assist with account management, billing inquiries, and general user guidance
Escalate complex technical issues to higher levels with proper documentation
Maintain internal knowledge base and follow standard support procedures
Ensure excellent customer experience while troubleshooting and resolving issues

Role Requirements:

Basic understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
Familiarity with Linux & Windows OS basics
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN, HTTP/S)
Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
Patience and problem-solving abilities
Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Linux-based web servers (Apache, Nginx)
Experience in customer support roles, preferably in cloud technology or IT services
Eagerness to learn and grow in the cloud technology industry

Bonus Qualifications:

Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Experience in troubleshooting and working with cloud infrastructure

Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran.
Workplace Policy: Full Time – Remote
Worktime: Night Shift (44 hrs/week | 12 AM – 8 AM (Flexible ±2 hrs)
