شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials that are required and other resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to management for approval.
  • Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to the organization’s management team.
  • Organizes and facilitates work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives and release planning 
  • Keep up the morale of team members and build relationships with them to develop a strong working unit and supporting their impact on the success of a project.
  • Drives improvement in team key performance indicators.
  • Communicates status, issues and defined KPIs to stakeholders and varying levels of the organization 
  • Ensures that our ways of working are consistent across the teams 
  • Making sure that your team has the tools they need to execute the project. 

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • At least two years of working experience in any part of the software development lifecycle – as a scrum master, product owner, project/program manager, etc. 
  • Knowledge of project management tools, especially cloud-based software.
  • Deep knowledge of Kanban and Scrum
  • Work autonomously, making decisions without too much managerial oversight.
  • Know the concepts related to the management of a project.
  • Ability to take and understand his/her commitment to deliver the product on time. 
  • Fluent in English – At least can read and write in English!
