شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and responsible technical writer, to help us grow our knowledgebase. You will work remotely and on a per-article basis. The pay is fully negotiable depending on your qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Creating clear and SEO-friendly technical how-tos, troubleshooting, guides, listicles, and comparisons.
Understanding topics and creating articles and documentation (all in English) to help the customers use our products (Windows or Linux VPS) as well as help sales through increasing organic search visits.
Simplifying services for non-technical users and helping them understand fundamental concepts about our products.
Creating and maintaining up-to-date and effective technical documentations as well as articles.

Requirements:

English writing skills with very few grammatical or semantic mistakes
Having some technical background and capable of understanding the technical subjects
Skilled at searching and learning about subjects and technical problems/troubleshooting/guides
A clear understanding of SEO and writing for SEO
Capable of running the subject software and making necessary screenshots and diagrams
Preferably having experience in working with VPS, remote desktops, or WordPress admin
Passion for learning and growing
Excellent communication skills
Great attention to details

Basic Graphics or Photoshop
Screen recording and simple video editing (Camtasia Studio)

Hiring process most probably will include writing a short general text and later on about more specific technical subjects.
