شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an Assistant Product Manager who is sharp, smart, and exceptionally organized, with a knack for systematic thinking. The APM will play a pivotal role in content management, feature testing, supervising team processes, preparing product requirement documents, and conducting product/market research.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Management:
    • Prioritize and manage knowledge base articles.
    • Define compelling titles for knowledgebase content based on user needs.
    • Create and maintain product content descriptions for knowledge bases, new landing pages, social media, and other platforms.
  • Testing Developed Features:
    • Conduct thorough testing of new features on our website, user panel, and products.
    • Provide detailed feedback and reports to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Process Supervision:
    • Oversee and ensure the efficiency of processes across teams.
    • Manage ad-hoc development requests and monitor their execution.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and policy application regarding customer interactions.
    • Track and analyze metrics related to newly developed features to gauge performance and impact.
  • Product Requirement Documentation:
    • Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for development requests.
    • Collaborate with the development team to clarify and specify feature requirements.
  • Product/Market Research:
    • Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and potential product enhancements.
    • Analyze competitors and provide insights for strategic positioning and product development.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, content creation, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and systematic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in conducting research and data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
