Job Overview:

We’re looking for a seasoned and passionate Technical Lead to join our team at abrNOC. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, mentoring talented teams, and leading the development of cutting-edge IT solutions, this opportunity is for you. You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical vision of our international products while working in a collaborative, dynamic, and innovation-driven environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tehran, Iran.

Key Responsibilities: As a Technical Lead, you will:

Strategic Planning:
- Define and implement the technical strategy and long-term vision for our products.
- Evaluate emerging industry trends and assess their potential application.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the technical lifecycle of product development to ensure functionality, performance, and stability.
- Identify and mitigate risks in technical decision-making.
Technical Design and Development:
- Design and develop scalable and secure product architectures.
- Implement advanced technical solutions to address complex challenges.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing technical team.
- Facilitate training programs to develop junior team members’ skills and align them with organizational goals.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Minimum Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and modern IT systems.
Strong expertise in Node.js and Python for backend development.
Strong experience with React and Vue.js for frontend development
Proven expertise in system design, microservices architecture, and technical risk assessment.
Proficiency in English, particularly in technical reading and writing.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
Experience in scalable system design.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
