What You’ll Do:
Are you ready to kickstart your career in cloud technology? We’re looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer to be the first line of support for our customers!
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Provide basic troubleshooting for cloud instances, networking, and service configurations
- Assist with account management, billing inquiries, and general user guidance
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher levels with proper documentation
- Maintain internal knowledge base and follow standard support procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
- Familiarity with Linux & Windows OS basics
- Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN, HTTP/S)
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication & customer service mindset
- Patience & problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the cloud industry
