Now Hiring: Technical Support Engineer (Level 1)
Are you ready to kickstart your career in cloud technology? We’re looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Engineer to be the first line of support for our customers!
What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for cloud instances, networking, and service configurations
  •  Assist with account management, billing inquiries, and general user guidance
  •  Escalate complex technical issues to higher levels with proper documentation
  •  Maintain internal knowledge base and follow standard support procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Skills:

  •  Basic understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
  •  Familiarity with Linux & Windows OS basics
  •  Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN, HTTP/S)
  •  Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
Soft Skills:

  •  Strong communication & customer service mindset
  •  Patience & problem-solving abilities
  •  Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
  •  Eagerness to learn and grow in the cloud industry
