Job Title: ChatGPT Specialist
We are looking for a passionate new member to join our team who loves what they do and is committed to personal growth while helping others improve. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-powered tools and contribute to innovative, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize ChatGPT to generate high-quality content across blogs, articles, social media, and marketing materials.
Implement ChatGPT in customer service workflows to respond to inquiries via chat, email, and support tickets.
Conduct research and use ChatGPT to generate reports, summaries, and insights for internal use.
Use ChatGPT for accurate and efficient multilingual translation to support global communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to co-create creative narratives and educational content using ChatGPT.
Train and support team members on best practices for using ChatGPT to maximize efficiency and impact.

Role Requirements:

Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT for tasks such as content creation, translation, research, and automation.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python (a plus).
Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and how AI tools integrate into business workflows.
Experience working with communication tools, analytics, and collaboration platforms.
Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant experience in AI integration, content creation, or automation.
Degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with cloud environments or startups.
Familiarity with AI frameworks, APIs, and language model fine-tuning.

Work Location & Schedule:

Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran.
Workplace Policy: Full Time – Onsite
Worktime: Sunday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 2 hours of flexibility to suit your schedule
Remote day: Tuesday
