Job Title: Innovation Manager

We’re on the hunt for a bold mind who’s not just full of ideas — but obsessed with turning those ideas into real-world disruption. We’re looking for a creative instigator who questions norms, challenges “how it’s always been done,” and drives change at lightning speed.
As our Innovation Manager, you’ll play a critical role in exploring new frontiers and bringing wild ideas to life — fast

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify unmet market needs, emerging trends, and disruptive opportunities.
  • Design, test, and launch MVPs, prototypes, and pilot programs.
  • Validate ideas quickly — build, learn, and iterate without fear.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, tech, marketing, leadership.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and bold thinking.
  • Stay ahead of tech trends, evolving user behaviors, and industry shifts.
Role Requirements:

  • Experience with innovation strategy, product design, or startup ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of lean startup, design thinking, and rapid prototyping.
  • Ability to turn vague ideas into validated solutions and actionable roadmaps.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and a bias toward action over perfection.
  • Excellent communication — storytelling is your superpower.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in product innovation, business strategy, or similar roles.
  • Proven record of launching products, startups, or unconventional side projects.
  • Degree in Business, Innovation, Design, or a related field is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools, UX research, or growth hacking.
  • Experience working in cloud infrastructure or SaaS environments.
