شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a talented person to join our team as a cloud technical support engineer. In this role, you will hear costumers’ voices, and try to solve their issues. You will also monitor cloud main services and troubleshoot them if is needed.

Role and Responsibilities

Answering costumers’ tickets and phones.
Support costumers’ requests and problems.
Create, Check, Edit, and Revise technical documents.
Monitor and take care of infrastructure services and components

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
Experience within a relevant position.
Ability to establish good social relations and communicate with customers.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good understanding of Network concepts.
Good understanding of virtualization and cloud computing concepts.
Experience in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure.
Experience in troubleshooting Storage clusters.
Experience in monitoring tools (Prometheus and Grafana are preferred).
Experience in Linux/Unix systems administration
Willingness to take responsibility.
Well organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong team player.
Fluent in English
