شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As the Product Designer, you will be responsible for design and development of both B2B and B2C products, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to drive product innovation and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product design strategy for B2B and B2C offerings, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct thorough research and user analysis to gain insights into customer behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
  • Create user personas, user journeys, and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate product functionality and design concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design solutions.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and design best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct design critiques and regularly present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining designs accordingly.
  • Champion the user-centered design process and advocate for the importance of UX/UI excellence throughout the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Proven track record (at least 5 years) in product design
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of designers.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with a focus on creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful product design projects, demonstrating creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
