Description:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Artificial Intelligence Expert to lead our cutting-edge AI initiatives at Fly Today. As a senior member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic development and implementation of advanced AI solutions that elevate our technological capabilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • AI Strategy and Leadership: Spearhead the development and execution of our AI strategy, providing leadership and guidance to the AI team.
  • Advanced Algorithm Development: Lead the design and optimization of complex machine learning algorithms and models, ensuring top-tier performance and scalability.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, actively participating in research activities and proposing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in leading the development and deployment of AI solutions, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, or C++), deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and a deep understanding of advanced machine learning concepts.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute AI strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
