Requirements:

•Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager

•In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

•Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.

•Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.

•Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.

•Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

•Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

•Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

•Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, HR, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

• Monitor communication with followers, respond to queries promptly, and customer reviews
